The final four are Beverly McClellan for Team Christina Aguilera, Vicci Martinez for Team Cee Lo Green; Dia Frampton for Team Blake Shelton and Javier Colon for Team Adam Levine.
"I feel like I'm waking up in a dream everyday and I don't ever want it to go away because it's the best ever," McClellan tells PEOPLE. "I just want to keep shooting for the moon."
McClellan survived the live rounds even with a cold with the help of Aguilera and her team. "Well, we got a humidifier because I'm from Florida," she reveals. "I'm not used to desert! She got that for me and some hot teas and sprays. It was a complete package."
Martinez, who will showcase an original song about heartbreak for the finale, says the show allows her to be comfortable as a performer. "One of their rules was that we weren't referred to as 'contestants,' " she says. "We were referred to as 'artists' and they wanted to ingrain that into all the staff and everybody's head."
The exposure has already made a difference for Colon, who has struggled to secure a lasting record deal. Last week, three of his recordings on The Voice were in iTunes's Top 100 singles.
"If you asked me if any of this would have happened four months ago, I would have been like, 'Yeah, right, I'd like to see that,' and here it is," he says.
For Frampton, her hobby of writing children's books has given way to a budding music career. "I remember the first day I got here," she says. "There were so many people jamming on guitars and in singer circles and I was just like, 'This is the most amazing thing ever!'"
The finalists perform Tuesday night (9 p.m. ET) on NBC.
