Taylor Alison Swift who is most known as Taylor Swift was born on December 13, 1989 in Wyonimossing, Pennsylvania to a homemaker, Andrea Gardner and a stockbroker Scott Kingsley Swift. She was has a young brother name, Austin.

When Taylor Swift was on the young age of 11, she made her first trip to Nashville where she expected to receive a record deal by issuing a demonstration tape of her singing with various karaoke songs and gave a copy to each of the label in town but unfortunately it was discarded. On October 24, 2006, her first album which is said to be a self-titled album has been released. Her self-titled album has sold 39,000 numbers of copies on its first week and it reached the number one spot on the Billboard Top Country Albums. In addition, the said album has also reached the number five spot of the Billboard 200.

On November 11, 2008 Swift?s second studio album called Fearless has been unleashed across the United States. The said album landed on the top spot of the Billboard 200 Album Chart. The said album raised 592,304 sales which is said to be the highest debut of any country recording artist in year 2008. In January 2009, it was announced that Taylor Swift will have her North American Fearless Tour that has been organized for 52 places within 38 states as well as provinces across the US and Canada.

On September 2009, Swift was appeared on the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards and it was said to be her first performance for VMA wherein she won the award for the MTV Video Music Award. And she was said to be the very first country music recording artist who received the said award. Unfortunately, when Swift was on stage accepting her award, Kanye West came up to her and took the microphone from Swift and stated that the video fro Single Ladies of Beyonce should be the one to win and this caused for west to earn boos from the crowd.
