Despite their painful divorce, Peter Andre are Katie Price try to be good friends.

In fact, in our exclusive interview with Pete, he reveals they're in close contact, despite the glamour model claiming he'd stopped speaking to her...

'Actually, we speak most days,' he tells us, picking up his mobile to look at a message from Katie from last night.

'We only speak about the kids and it's totally civil.

'She'll ring to say they want to leave me a message and I'll do the same to her.

'The kids always know when they're with either of us and want to speak to the other that they can.

'They're not going to hear any arguments.'

Pete, 38, doesn't mind that his ex-wife wants a new baby with toyboy Leandro Penna.

'I just hope she's happy,' he says, 'I want her to be happy.'
