The fashion world's best and brightest are out in full force at New York's Lincoln Center for the Council of Fashion Designers of America's annual Awards, better known as the "Fashion Oscars." This year's honorees include lifetime achievement recepient Marc Jacobs and Fashion Icon Award winner Lady Gaga.
Gaga lived up to her outrageous reputation as a sartorial provocateur, donning a green wig, sky-high platforms and razor-sharp red talons to go with her sheer-and-studded Thierry Mugler dress during her arrival on the red carpet.�
