Sporting a Native American-inspired look, the "Mean Girls" starlet joined a male companion as the pair ended up dining at the trendy Abbot Kinney Blvd watering hole, The Otheroom.
The sighting comes as TMZ is reporting that Miss Lohan is once again the subject of possible assault charges at the hands of the Riverside County District Attorney's Office.
With the legal woes stemming from her alleged altercation with a Betty Ford staffer, TMZ insiders tell that LiLo is aware of the revived efforts by the D.A. - though she isn't concerned because she considers their potential witnesses to be her friends.
